How do I submit a manuscript to Pharmacogenomics?

The Editors of the Pharmacogenomics welcome unsolicited article proposals. In the first instance, please direct a very brief summary, together with working title and author contact details, for the attention of the Commissioning Editor. Manuscripts submitted for publication in Pharmacogenomics should follow the format set out in our notes for authors. You can also view examples of previously published articles.

What is the peer review process for Pharmacogenomics?

All articles submitted for publication are assessed by 2–3 independent experts. The journal Editor will collate and convey this feedback to the author together with any editorial recommendations for style and presentation.

When I click on the PDF option for an article I’m told that access is denied. Why is that?

Access to content of the journal is restricted to those subscribers who have selected the e-access option. If you have an e-access subscription and still experience problems please contact us immediately.

Is it possible to purchase reprints of articles published in Pharmacogenomics?

Reprints can be ordered in bulk – minimum order 100 copies. If you wish to order reprints, specifying the article, the anticipated quantities and delivery destination. We will happy to supply a quotation by return.

How long will it take for my article to be published?

Pharmacogenomics is supported by a dedicated in house editorial team. As such, we can ensure rapid turnaround and quality control at every stage of the publication process. Typically, allowing two weeks for the peer review process and two weeks for revision of the article, we expect to publish within 2–3 months of receipt of the first manuscript draft.

How is online access enabled?

We can offer site-wide access by IP restriction as a subscription option in addition to a print subscription. Once we have your IP address for the institution location, every member within your institution can access Pharmacogenomics directly and instantly from the desktop.
